Andrew Chemonges is the founder of Clientele Research Consults limited (CRC). Andrew has a MSc in Management science, Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda management Institute - UMI, Uganda and a bachelor’s in social sciences from Makerere University.

He has extensive field experience in development program implementation, community training, survey management and qualitative research in Uganda, Sudan, Rwanda and Kenya. Andrew works with a core team of consultants from all disciplines to manage activities at Clientele Research Consults Limited (CRC)

Andrew Chemonges is a distinguished research and development professional with extensive experience in program implementation, survey management, and qualitative research across East Africa. As the Executive Director of Clientele Research Consults Limited (CRC), Andrew leads a dynamic team of multidisciplinary experts dedicated to delivering high-quality research, data-driven insights, and impactful development solutions.

With over a decade of experience, Andrew has worked extensively in Uganda, Sudan, Rwanda, and Kenya, conducting large-scale surveys, community-based training, and development program assessments. His expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) has been instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive M&E frameworks that enhance project effectiveness, measure impact, and inform policy decisions. He has led M&E efforts for government agencies, international development organizations, and NGOs, ensuring that programs achieve their intended outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic improvements.
Andrew has a proven track record in managing complex research projects, overseeing field operations, and ensuring methodological rigor in both qualitative and quantitative studies. At Clientele Research Consults Limited (CRC), he works alongside a core team of specialized consultants from diverse disciplines, driving excellence in research, data analysis, and project management. Director of Research & Project Development

Bwiira Joshua is a highly experienced Research Manager and Project Development Manager with 14 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing research initiatives across diverse sectors. His strong analytical acumen, strategic project planning, and data-driven decision-making have contributed to the successful execution of numerous research and development programs. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc. IT), a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation (PGD M&E), and a Master’s in Financial Management (M.A Financial Management), Joshua possesses a unique blend of technical proficiency, impact assessment expertise, and financial acumen. His multidisciplinary background allows him to lead research projects with precision, ensuring data integrity, methodological rigor, and strategic insights that drive policy and programmatic interventions.

Throughout his career, Joshua has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing large-scale research projects, working with governmental agencies, international development organizations, and private sector stakeholders. His ability to develop innovative research methodologies, manage cross-functional teams, and translate findings into actionable recommendations makes him a valuable asset in evidence-based decision-making and program improvement.
