Survey Instrument Design & Coding

At Clientele Research Consults limited, we know the value of local insights in designing and refining your study ideas and instruments. We have expert researchers to design, pilot and fine tune study tools. Finalized tools are coded and comprehensively tested before enumerator training and data collection.

We program all surveys using SurveyCTO, Kobo tool collect, ODK, Kenga and many others including application of methodologies and technologies that are of our client’s interest. In collaboration with Principal Investigators and all the relevant research partners, we develop the research tools, translate and put in local context, field test and program the survey instruments

Delivering, Monitoring RCT Interventions

Achieving a clean intervention for randomized evaluations require research understanding and close monitoring. Some of our past researchers failed to realize any difference between treatment and control because of poor management and monitoring of interventions. Most randomized interventions are innovative and unique to the traditional roles of implementing partners therefore requiring continuous technical on-ground support and supervision. Clientele Research Consults limited has supported several successful interventions with government departments and Non-Governmental Organizations

We recruit and train the research team based on the skill requirements of each project, field test research tools, electronically collected live data using surveyCTO or any client desired tool and submit the data to a password protected server (surveyor) on cloud. We rigorously conduct data quality check, adequately supervise our research team throughout the assignment. We treat all collected/complied research data with full confidentiality and submit cleaned dataset in the client desired format.

Electronic Data Collection & MGT

Clientele Research Consults limited grew from using a mix of paper and electronic data collection methods to highly digitalized surveys on password protected Android devices. All our raw data is submitted to a password protected server with encrypted information and restricted access for the entire data collection period. We take data quality and security very seriously and this is reflected in all our field planning

Research Clearance

Research permit is an important part of any study. We work with foreign researchers to provide guidance on the type of local ethical review that their study requires and support them in research permit acquisition within realistic timeline.

On behalf of the client, we take up the responsibility of obtaining research approval from the National Council of Science and Technology and any other clearance required by the relevant authorities both at national and local (community) level.
